I think everyone suffers from twinges in early pregnancy, it is a good sign, however I know how hard it is not to worry. I had some twinges on my right hand side at about 5+4 but this was coupled with some bleeding, because of this I was seen at the local EPU and had an early scan, everything was fine, pregnacy was where it was meant to be and growing normally, however they did detect a 2cmx2cm cyst on my right ovary, the sonographer explained this was what was causing the twinges and it also signified that this was the ovary from which the egg that had been fertilised to become my baby had been released from, I had to go back 2 weeks later for a follow up scan and the cyst, although stil there was collapsing into itself as the foetus grew and it was thriving off of the yolk more and more (apparently these cysts help to support the pregnancy in the beginning - don't ask me how though!)
Try not to worry unless the twinges develop into definate pain, that won't ease with painkillers (this is what the consultant said was one of the things they look for with mc or ectopic)and/or experience any bleeding
