Hi i HAVE A QUESTION FOR ANYONE WHOSE BEEN TO THE EPU. mY LITTLE GIRL PUSHED HER HEEL INTO MY STOMACH LAST NIGHT IN BED AND THIS MORNING I WAS BLEEDING A LITTLE BIT SO THE M/W HAS REFFERED ME TO THE UNIT IN THE MORNING 8.50. sHE SAID iWASN'T ALLOWED TO EAT FROM MIDNIGHT JUST IN CASE THERE WAS A PROBLEM BUT DOES THAT MEAN NO DRINKING BECAUSE i THOUGHT YOU NEEDED A FULL BLADDER FOR SCAN. DOES ANYONE KNOW?:\?:\(:\?

I had to have an early scan, and didn't need a full bladder. TBH, I think it would be Ok to eat and drink, I was never told not too, it might be worth giving the epu a call and seeing what they say. Let us know how you get on.x

really not sure give them a call but i have been to an epu because my oh 7 year old jumped around my neck and clung on without me knowing she was going to do it and i bled that night was it red or brown blood?

hi, i had to have a full bladder, your best ringing, dont want to scare you but maybe the no eating thing is just incase of eptopic pregnancy? im sure its not that but y know what they are like with caution etc, god luck and hope it all goes well for you xx
