Do you want a boy/girl or don't mind - Pregnancy

Hey everyone, i am fairly new to the site.

I have a three year old girl and am 6 months pg. I don't mind what sex the baby is. I just wanted to know what other people were hoping for.

hi im 5 months pregnant i dont mind what i have as long as its all their my partner how ever wants a boy i think thats pretty typical though

Hiya

I already have a little girl and my partner wants a boy. He says he is scared of having a female dominated household. Like you i just want a heatlhy and happy baby.

Have you started buying any baby stuff? I have not bought a single thing and am worrying i am leaving it too late.

only 3 months to go.

yeah well at 1st we just brought an 8 piece set fromnext and that was it cos we thought be nice to have something that was abut a 6 weeks ago since then ive got pram .1st crib, clothes, books, baths, shoes, nursey stuff lol we have stopped by clothes now for the itme being we mainly just brought baby grows and vests etc as its due in october so it will need thicker close not the stuff they make for summer so il do the rest in september im really finding it hard to find yellow or green stuff anywhere even when the babie sborn i dont want to ave to dress it in blue or pink but now i cantleave buying outfits till after its born as wll have nothing to wear lol are you due in september then? ive read some where that i think its next and some other shops have big sales on in july so have a look then

dont worry you got plenty of time its just an excuse to go shopping all the time

Hi Shar!

Sounds like your all ready for the big day, you practically have everything. I get all excited when I see baby stuff and never do anything about it, this weekend I am going shopping; for babystuff and maternity wear. I seem to be expanding by the day.

Thanks for reminding me about the July Sales never even thought about that. We are trying to redecorate the house before the big day, so everything is a little hectic at the moment.

Yeah, i am due in early september - selfishly i am hoping for a not so hot summer. I better be off, have a sudden urge for strawberry jam and toast.

Almost forgot, hubby surprised me today with a BLUE buggy (the pressure is on) he says he didn't even notice the colour, it was the way it moved and the way it looked that caught his eye, as if. (must admit i quite like it).

Hi my baby is due 28th september and i have 2 girls already. Tried to find out the sex of this one but the legs was in the way. My partner is hoping for antother girl but i don't mind. I am finding it hard to find unisex clothes other than baby grows. Can anyone help please.

Hi. My baby is due the end of this month and I don't mind whether its a boy or a girl. I have had a strong feeling that it would be a boy ever since i found out i was pregnant - I could be totally wrong of course. My Mum is really hoping for a little granddaughter though - i think thats because she only has experience of little baby girls from having me and my sister!

Hi my 2nd baby's due 25th dec,I already have a 2 1/2 yr old boy so i think it would be nice to have a girl but honestly would be just as thrilled to have another boy,all that really matters is that he / she is fit & healthy.
i think im gonna find out what im having, would like to know which colours I should paint the nursery.

Have any of you tried mothercare for neutral clothing they do alot of plain whites in the newborn section.

Hi i'm on to my third baby. i already have a boy and girl so i dont mind what my next baby will be. i have aaron who'll be 4 next month and alanna who's 19 month. my baby is due 21st dec. i would love to hear from any mum or mum to be to have chats about any thing babies, men i dont mind.

We already have a little boy. Me and hubby would love a girl but as we want more than 2 we don't mind really.
We didn't find out with Eddie but we're definitely finding out this time. I loved not knowing but I'm too impatient this time.

hi ladies sorry to g/c. I think its lovely you all feel you don't mind - before i had my ds i used to think that everyone who had a baby already had a secret preference for opposite next time round. Now i have him, i adore him so much if i found out i had another little boy on the way i would be so thrilled as i know what a joy it is to have a little boy.

I actually used to feel a bit uncomfortable when i got asked what i hoped for - i hoped for a beautiful well child and thats what i got. Ive seen too many sick babies in my work to care. Dont want to sound sanctimonious at all! Think its great none of you are putting a massive emphasis on it.

Just as an aside my OH honestly felt the same as me, we know we will only be having 2 children and we have never cared what they will be. People say all men want a son and all women want a daughter but neither of us felt that way x
