I am 6+6 and have a really sore mouth ulcer.

It doesn't say anything on the pack.

Does anyone know?

Hi yes, my sister in law is a midwife and I asked her the same thing when I had really sore gums. She said it is fine to use!

i use it all the time as i have really sore gums too x
you can also use oragel,

yes it's fine to use, i was plagued with mouth ulcers about a month ago and the doc and midwife both said it was safe.
