make sure it is antiburst if you get a cheap one. i got mine from the baby show but they sell them online for ??12.99

I bought an exercise ball from Argos for ??10, they are the same as birthing balls and come in different sizes so you can get the right one for your height xxx

I bought a lovely pink one in Asda for ??5 in aid of breast cancer. It's not antiburst but it's pretty resilient - this is my 2nd pregnancy and I've used it for antenatal yoga both times. As long as you don't dive bomb onto it from a great height at 30+ weeks it should be fine!!
