Just wondering if anyone has bought anything off this website. There prices seem to good to be true.

I ordered 2 baby rockers on the 14th July, both were showing as in stock, they took the payment the same day and I still haven't had delivery of them. I chased them last week and they said something about the warehouse being moved and it would take a bit longer, I chased again yesterday only to be told the items are out of stock and they'll let me know when they can be delivered. In my opinion I'd steer clear of them, I made the mistake of not reading reviews before i placed my order and now regret it!! Just google Bambino Direct reviews and you'll see what i mean!! And yes, you're right, the prices do seem too good to be true xx

Hi, I haven't ordered anything from Bambino Direct personally but I have heard a lot of bad reviews! (On review sites online and also ladies raving mad about them on here!) Thats why I've stayed away from it!

I found the items I wanted from Bambino Direct on Kiddicare.com and got them to price match!

If you look in my 'Other Topics' you'll find I had a moan about a supplier a few days ago.... that was Bambino Direct.

Nooo - don't use them!!

I ordered all our nursery interior bits from them as I thought they were the best price, but they were utterly, utterly useless!! Possibly the worst customer experience I've ever had.

They hadn't delivered after 4 weeks of taking payment, with no updates at all to let me know what was going on. When I called to sort it out I kept getting told they'd call me back and they never did, I ended up cancelling my order and even then there wasn't so much of an apology for the inconvenience.

I've heard quite a few bad reviews as well as my own, so I'd warn you to steer clear.

I will also add that they're the only website that I have ever warned people away from! xx

Sorry I have to say I order a stokke parasol and changing bag and they came on time, they answered all of my emails before i purchased anything from them and were really nice. I was really put off by the bad reviews too but no I coulodn't not find the things anywhere else so had to cross my fingers and hope for the best.

Bambino Direct was taken over in 2011 and is now run by a very professional and long established online retailer called Buy It Direct. They run the websites for Debenhams and BHS so clearly know what they are doing. The reason I know this is that my cousin works for them in Huddersfield and raves about them, saying they are very organised and very keen to develop their new brand, Bambino Direct.
