Hiya

Does anyone know whether we are allowed probiotic yoghurts when pregnant? :\? I bought some and finished eatingone when I saw that it was a probiotic one... and whats with the caution label on the side?

There is nothing wrong with probiotic yoghurt (apart fromt the fact they have too much sugar in them - if you want to get more lactobacilus then just get the capsules from a health food store) - I ate most things in pregnancy - my french friends just laughed when I told them we were advised not to have soft cheeses......

I used to eat them every day until i found out i was preggers . then i didnt know if i was allowed.. anyway, i heard on 'this morning' the other week that they are fine... if fern and phil say they're ok for pregnant ladies then they must be! hehe
