Write lists!!
I am a list writer and one of my favoutite things is crossing items off, that way I do feel I have achieved. I also only set myself one thing to do a day and spend a lot of time resting, that way if I do more each day I feel extra good!
I am 34 weeks pregnant and a mum of 2, so I have lots to get done each day, but I MAKE sure I rest, as I am not sleeping very well either.
Write down all the things you believe you need to do before the baby arrives, then prioritise the list and create your own schedule. You may then not feel quite so overwhelmed. And be kind to yourself, you are already doing soooooo much, you're growing a baby, don't try to do too much more.
It's really important that you are well rested so you can be prepared for the birth, and make the birth as easy as possible. If you are tired it potentially could all go wrong.
Good luck, try to relax and remember how hard your body is working.
