My midwife said she had already requested my 12 week scan at my booking appointment when I was 7 and a half weeks.

I am now 10 weeks and haven't heard anything, should I be worried?

I am more concerned that I won't be able to give my boss proper notice in order for her to get cover for me.

How soon did you all get yours?

my booking in appt was on the tuesday and i had a letter by the thursday, i was 9+3 at my booking in and my scan is at 11+3. Plus my dr is attached to the hospital where my scan is going to be so the midwife literally just went along the corridor during my appointment and gave me a date there and then. I live in a little town so was given the choice of having my scan there or going to the city which im sure i would still be waiting on my appt!

I would phone up the hospital / midwife and ask about your appt as they must have a note of it.
