I am so sorry I haven't been about for so long, things have been so busy in work and to be honest I have been trying to keep busy so the time passes faster!!

Just a quickie to see how you're doing? I have popped on in the past few weeks and I'm guesing you must be abouy 10 weeks already? Hope everything has been going well and you're able to enjoy the excitement without too much worrry

Awww thank you for thinking of me - that's so sweet of you :\)

So far, so good - we've had 2 scans. One at 6+2 and one at 8+3 because I've been having stained discharge and all has been well both times. We got to see baby wriggling around and heartbeat - I couldn't stop crying and shaking the first time! We got 3 lovely piccies at the first scan too :\) I couldn't believe baby had grown so much in-between the 2 scans - over 15mm! No wonder I've been so tired ;\)

I am 9+2 today and we have a reassurance scan at the maternity ward on Monday. I am getting nervous again now it's only a few days away, especially as I am still getting the stained discharge. But they said that at both scans there was no evidence of any bleeding in the uterus and they think it's most likely a cervical erosion, which isn't anything to worry about. Not so easy everytime I see the discharge though! But I guess that's only normal after losses. Hoping everything will still be ok and I can relax a little after the 12 week scan!!?

Anyway, sorry for waffling on! :roll:

How are you doing? I hope you are finding things a little easier as the weeks go by. It does take time and I remember having good weeks and bad weeks.

I hope the time is passing quicker than expected for you and that you're managing to keep busy and occupied :\)

Sorry to crash, Nat I've been trying to track you down love to see how you are getting on. I hope your scan on Monday goes really well and you see that little life in there wriggling away and doing somersaults! Stay positive honey, and believe that this time is the time that everything is going to be ok. You will be able to show how good a mum you are!

Welsh - we haven't "met" as Ive not been on BE for some time and have only just come back. I hope you are doing ok too. Nat's right, there a good weeks and there are bad weeks but eventually the bad weeks go away and things get a little easier.

This is all such fantastic news, I am so pleased it's all been going so well, you absolutely deserve it. I know that the discharge must be a worry for you but as the hospital say, it's likely to be cervical erosion.

I'll be back on Monday to see how you get on, I'm sure it will be another positive experience.

I'm definatley finding it easier as the time passes, but as you say, i do have some bad days. I guess that is to be expected. My SIL had a baby girl yesterday and we went to see her this afternoon. I was ok ( better than I thought I would be) but it killed me looking at my husband with the baby. It was so sad, but only for a moment. i just have to think that one day it will be our baby. The time is passing quicky, it's already been 8 weeks since the injections, so I think we have sort of done the first 2 months, only 4 more to go and there are holidays booked for the summer.

Thanks Sim, I've just seen your message too, nice to "meet" you! I do feel it's getting much easier, in the beginning I though I'd never feel normal again, but some days I almost forget what happened. The good days are definately outweighing the bad days now.
