Probably depends what dose u r on...I started on 1 tablet a day for a month then went to 2 tablets on month 2, 3 on month 3 and then up to 4 tablets month 4 and this is the dose I have stayed on (500mg tablets)
I started the medication a few weeks after giving birth so hormones were all over the place but by month 2 my cycle came down to 28 days and that is where it has stayed (it was 35-40 days long previously)

Metformin has really made a huge difference to me, took me a while to get used to it but so glad i persevered as it has made a massive difference xxx
