ME , but its number 2 for me, but the closer its getting i'm actually more nervous about it, how will i cope no sleep, new baby and a 3 year old , cant give any advice on coming off the pill, conceived my first one whilst on the pill, i heard the average to conceive is about 6 months after coming of the pill tho, but think it could just be down to luck x

Me too, well perhaps coming off pill mid august after our holiday but there abouts. Nurse advised me not to worry coming off pill until your actually gonna start trying (no need to have a break) said to be aware that women often get pregnant straight away though! which sounds promising to me! Im taking multi vitamins with folic acid as advised but hubby isnt taking anything.

oohh finaLLY Were gonna start TTC in september when we get back from our holiday to vegas. Its been 2 years since weve been married and it feels right now. im gonna head to boots tomorrow to get some his and hers pre-pregnancy tablets to give a wishful boost! i read in the daily mail a few months ago that on average it takes 6 months to get pregnant and most couples have sex 104 times! i told hubby that and he laughed so hard, but after thinking about it, its only 4 times a week..... so doesnt seem to un realistic! *baby dust to us all in prep for september*

this is no 2 for us, originally said ttc next year aka the start, then dh said needed to wait til april (to do with his work) but we have both said eariler now. we go on hols 29th sept, and af due about the 7th oct, so as of af sept we are ttc, fingers crossed for a bfp while on hols.

We are starting trying actively from September for No2 (LO is 11 months old). However have stopped pill this week as was worried about it prolonging conception occurring. I conceived first LO after 6 weeks of trying straight off pill however am on a mini pill this time which I've read negative things about (cerazette). We're not using any contraception as I'm breast feeding still so may not be particularly fertile now anyway. We've agreed if I'm pregnant earlier then we will consider ourselves blessed. We are going to start ovulation testing this week for a month to see if any days show me as ovulating. Fingers crossed.

Cant wait to start trying properly! This is number 2 for us aswell, we would happily start trying now just trying to bank a bit of extra money so I can have longer of work   I took cerazette for a while then a doctor friend advised me to stop early as it does odd things to your cycle and since my cycles have been really random lenghts. So we are currently using natural family planning ...... and are not very good at it! With our first we conviced straight from coming of microgynon.

Hi micromonkey - I too conceived straight off microgynon first time after 6 weeks trying. Your post has made me glad I've come of cerazette earlier than originally planned - all the official advice says cerazette doesn't mess with fertility but I didn't want to take that chance! Will be interesting to see how my cycles are...How long ago did you stop taking it?

Hi Linds, I stopped 4 cycles ago and they were 31 days, 31 days, 26 days then 37 days, and I was ov testing to see what they had done and managed to miss when I ov'd each time! the 27 day cycle I tested from day 10 to day 20 - nothing!

i am too i get married on the 22nd so getting started straight after have the mirena coil at the mo and cought straight away last time after having it removed xx
