What a fab idea...
Ok so i was 10/7 before i got pregnant, on monday i was 11/3 and will weigh myself tomorrow so im on target for weigh in day with you ladies. Been trying to do as much walking as poss and as im not BF im back on the Adios, shameful i know but they really helped me last time. Really want to get down to 10 before mid August for my SIL wedding but not sure im being unrealistic, anything past 10/7 is a bonus though!!!
Oh and another tip, i got a cheap version of a slendertone belt off amazon for ??16, bodytec or summat and i cant recommend it enough. Been using it a week for 2-4 hours a day and its made a huge diff to my saggy belly already!!!
