How are we all doing on the weight loss? Mine is going but very slowly. Only lost another pound this week - boo hoo! Saying that i literally have been stuck in the house all week last week so not exactly doing any exercise and i probably havent been eating enough. Apparently you are meant to eat 3 main meals a day plus 2/3 healthy snacks to keep your metabolism going fast. I average 2 meals and one snack a day, not good!
Anyway, finally made it to the gym yesterday for the first time in around 5 months and it felt great. I did a 20 minute powerwalk and jog on the treadmill and then 20 minutes on the bike on the hills program. Am going to try and go everyday from now now and see if that increases the weight loss.
Weight pre-baby: 8.1lb
Weight post baby: 11 Stone!
Weight to date: 9.2lb
Target weight loss this week: 2lbs
Total Loss so far: 3lbs
