i just noticed that mia has started to cry real tears, omg heart breaking. i didnt think that started yet.

James has had tears for a while now. He still has his wingey cries with none. xx

its so strange, she had the odd one but now she has them running down her face at times. i think she had a bad dream or something as she woke up from a nap screaming covered in tears.

i dont even know if they can have bad dreams.

it made me wonna cry too

They probably can have bad dreams. I read on my baby signing thread, one of the mums asked her lo why she wasn't going to sleep. Turned out she was scared an elephant was going to come in the window. Think it had been from a story or something.

Sop if they can think like that, who knows? But I don't think lo was as young. xx

I think that baby's tear ducts aren't fully developed at birth, and that they only start producing tears at around 8 weeks (don't quote me on that though!). Pops has been crying proper tears since not long after birth too xx
