Evening all! Well the subject title days it all really!
Some of you may know that iv fallen out with the OH sister, long story( but it was about different parenting styles oenology of views) after this her husband was supposed to be sprongs god father then retracted a week to go. Fair enough, and they didn't come to the christening - well that saved me a fortune but at the end of the day it just shows that they only care about themselves. hence deleting each other off facebook. I could still their fb statuses and the sister kept posting stuff on the OH wall and his eldest child wall - saying don't be a stranger and your never in touch etc.
I just sent he a text saying that if she wants to see the OH or sprogs she has to communicate this via text/phone call or popping around not just stating it on fb. Anyway the text message didn't go down well and turned nasty. I left it on a nice note by sending her a pic of sprogs and basically said if she wants to see her she can but the OH isn't a mind reader. I sent another nice text of a pic of sprogs at haloween. No reply and well she took it the wrong way.
Over the weekend the OH sister and husband deleted the OH off facebook - and he isn't happy as he doesn't see what he's done wrong. I feel that I'm partly to blame as I am partly to blame for the argument. And it is affecting our relationship as he's not in touch with some of his family anymore. The whole point of moving up to the north east was so the OH could be nearer his family. I'd rather move back to to north west where I call home. As I miss it dearly and most of you know how much I spend my holidays and weekends down there. Specially now I have had sprogs.
Any suggestions as to what I can do or say ?
It would surprise me if the OH sister has even read this
Post as she is a bit nosey Parker.
Anyway sorry for the rant! Sometimes it's just nice to get things off your chest.
