Has anyone got or thought of getting one of these?

i have got a summer pre natal listening system off ebay for ??1.50 bargain! and i love having a go only really started getting proper loud sounds on it now , worked best after 13weeks but its nice to hear baby when you need that bit of reassurance, think the better ones are those angel sounds dopplers though but they can be pricey xx

G/C from DIN....but I've just got the Angelsounds one off Amazon for about ??16 AND heard the heartbeat more or less straight away!!!!!!!!!! at 10+3.....

To me it's worth it's weight in gold so I'd DEF recommend it!!!!!

I have an angel sounds Doppler, and heard this little bean at 10+2 (and DS at 9+5!). I find it very reassuring, especially since I had the bleed. X

I've got an angel sounds - but am struggling to pick up hb or if i hear it - i'm not recognising it! Hopefully this is just cause i am on the larger size as opposed to anything more sinister :?

Scan on friday so will know either way then!

Ah don't worry, you never know where your placenta is and if baby is hiding somewhere in there...they have a lot of room to change position!!!

A few tips that helped me...

I found it REALLY low down, as in right on top of my bikini line to the left....I used bio oil (but baby oil would prob do it)....Move really slowly too as it takes a second or 2 for the sound to rebound back to doppler...also when i actually found the HB it was a very slight tilting movement rather than moving the device (if that makes sense) basically to just change the angle...I've read that some people dont find it one day and then do the next, I do think it takes a bit of practice! BUT also it could just be that your placenta is at the front..Maybe give it another go this morning and if still can't pick up then just hold off till scan tomo...then you'll see where baby is lying etc!!

Hope that helps a bit

Katie xx
