hi ladies, i need your advice regarding ovulation, is it normal to get ovualtion symptoms?
if so what are they?
i never ever usually get any symptoms around ovulation at all, the only symptoms i do get is AF ones but yesturday and today i have sore nipples (sorry TMI) even my clothes hurt them. thisi s first time i have ever got this at tihs stage of my cycle (CD16)
SO WHAT DO YOU TIHNK GUYS?

I never really noticed any symptoms until I started to become more in tune with my body every month (ah... becoming obsessed I mean!) I find the common extra CM, plus a day or so later slight twinges on one side which feel like my ovary, differing each month so Im guessing it means ovulating on different sides each time. Hope that helps.

Hey, I get twinges in my lower abs, my boobs generally get very sore from about cd13 on ( I am regular 28 days and ov on day 14) other than that there is nothing really sugnificant.

When did you ovulate?

wll i have tender nipples but nothing else lol.

i dont use OPK's or anything just by cycle length tc, i have a regular 28 day cycle so estimate it as the 10th. never had these symptoms before tho so bit confused

I had sensitive nipples for a few days around ovulation but didn't really notice anything else. x
