my cycle has been 116 days... i have had blood tests that have come back normal but thats is it! the docs just say keep waiting. i have had spotting every so often but thats it. any suggestions or advice?

How many cycles have you had since coming off contraception and were they long? My cycles have got longer every time since coming off pill, havent had AF since Dec so doc has referred me to infertility clinic after everything came back ok apart from low oestrogen

Oh lawluddy what a nightmare. The waiting in a normal length cycle is a nightmare, let alone having to wait for months just to get af. Do you have a Clearblue Fertility Monitor and do you know if you're oving? If not might be worth getting one (they're v cheap in Tesco at the mo) just to see what's going on with your body. I would definitely push with the doctor too - your cycles aren't normal, so they should be testing to see what's going on. Lots of luck.
