Dear babyhope

Ovarian reserve and IVF

We have seen clients with high FSH levels and following a course of homeopathic treatment their next test has shown a considerable reduction in their FSH level. It's difficult to give a definitive answer on this subject though, as it will vary from person to person and we would need more information about your individual case in order to help.

To support IVF, tailor-made homeopathic treatment can help you have the best possible chance of success. To assist implantation a combination of the Australian Bush Flower Essences Bluebell, Pink Flannel Flower, She Oak and Bush Fuschia can be useful.

Dear Mrs DAO

Miscarriage / PCOS

A miscarriage itself can disrupt hormone levels and also the emotional distress of miscarriage can have a knock on effect on the body. What were your periods like before your miscarriage?
In PCOS its important to eat a diet which keeps blood sugar levels balanced, to acheive this we recommend you reduce your intake of sugar, sweets, chocolate, white bread, pasta and rice and snacks or meals only comprising carbs. Eat more wholegrains eg: wholegrain pasta and brown rice, unrefined carbs, fibre, oily fish such as salmon or mackerel, nuts, seeds, olive oil, lentils, beans. fresh fruit and vegetables. Try to eat protein with every meal.

Dear upthetick

Homeopathy evidence

Regarding the study into female hormone-related sterility, researchers found positive effect in 38 out of 67 women (57%). We agree that further research would be useful.
