Hello all!
I'm going all out on Christmas as it's DD's first, so I've even gone and got her a rather large stocking that I'm determined to fill! So far I've got... A few linkies, some teethers, a rubber duck, a rolling tunnel thing, and others... Can't remember haha!

I was wondering if anyone could help me come up with some ideas for more things to put in? So far I've only filled the bottom. :P

Last Christmas my DD was 10 weeks old (ahh, it goes SO fast!) and we got her a lovely sack from M&P (one we can use every year!!) and I put "1st Xmas" things in. I bought some reindeer booties, her dress she wore on Xmas day, a pudding hat & mittens (lol, very cute!!) a bauble, a Santa toy (again, it's something that I'm going to put out this year).
The rest was made up of books (the Usbourne touchy feely ones have always been a hit with us!!), little teddies etc.
Have fun! xx

Hmmm..I would suggest something special which baby can keep and maybe even pass through the generations. Your baby will obviously get loads of toys throughout their life, from yourself, friends and family and too often they just get thrown into the attic or garage. So, something really special is worth considering. Happy shopping!

My dd is the same age as yours (June baby) and we've got some books (M&S do a set of little board books that you could put in individually - also fab to keep in changing bag to keep them amused/still during nappy changes when out), bath book, little caterpillar toy, weaning things, a little ball, thought about getting a name plate for her bedroom door, my mum's got her a Taggies book - how about socks? maybe a special decoration for the tree she can keep?

Think I need to get a few more bits for dd's stocking - it's not ever so big though

Oooh, thanks ladies!
Looks like I might have to venture out into the freezing cold. EEK!

(Forgot to mention DD will be 6 months next week)
