at first i thought it was just my af returning then when i was having af just thought it was normal aches and pains. but im still having them now and im on cd11.

do you think i should make a doctors appt? i hate going to the doctors, they always make me feel like im wasting there time!!

I can't give you an answer as to whether its normal or not - i don't know.

I had aches in that area, which I put down partly due to uterus contracting during breastfeeding, and partly my scar healing as I had a c-section.

If you're at all worried and don't want to make a doctors appt, do you still have the phone number for your midwife, or could you ask your Health Visitor - they both should tell you whether or not you should make a doctors appointment.

sorry I couldn't be more help, but didn't want to read and run.

Totally normal, your uterus has been put through nine months of change, I had c-sec, an was getting pains for a few months after, not including throbbing pains from time to time in my scar even now, I usually get af pains even when im not due, still , you should only worry when it comes to excessive bleeding ;\)
