I've always been very impressed with John Lewis customer service - I don't think I've asked them to price match (hubby might have done with the TV though actually), but when I've needed anything they've always been good. Actually once I ordered the wrong size duvet from them, my mistake, and they replaced it no problem, free return and free delivery on the replacement, even though I should have really paid with an order that small. And when I tried to order some bedding that was out of stock, they checked which stores had it in stock, gave me their numbers to call and it was sent to me, again for free. Not service you get everywhere!
