Perhaps you’d been worried you wouldn’t cope with the pain. But you did!

Maybe you were worried about being naked in front of delivery staff, but when it came to it you weren’t bothered.

Maybe you feared you’d end up with an assisted delivery or a c-section, but you didn’t, and your birth was actually very straightforward.

Or maybe you did have a complicated birth, but you coped much better than you thought you would, and the challenging experience was worth it in the end.
