Hi just got back and dr told me that max's injury is the only reported case in the country of his age apart from 2 other! a 11yr old girl and a 15 year old boy! they explained that they had to break his arm fully when the operated and that his bone that was dislocated was pointing backwards! he goes back in 3 weeks for the pot off, so now just got to carry on with the social services! i asked them how they thought he could have done it and they havent got a clue cos the rareity of it! which i dont know if its a good thing or a bad thing with regards to social services? Now i know why he was crying so much after the op if they had to break his arm fully! xxx

Sorry for not replying sooner, I did read your post but wasnt able to write back at the time

aww doestn sound nice the op, however, remember that because he is so little he will never remember it
Presume he has metal work to hold it in place?

Regarding teh social services, they have to get them involved routinely in this situation. Just think, if a child was getting abused and they didnt enquire you dont want to think about teh outcome.

Although you dont want to have the social services on your case etc, they are jsut doing there job. You are innocent so you dont need to worry.

Im not sure what your current situation is with social services, but Im guessing that they will just be keeping an eye open for anyother signs of abuse. As as I believe you that you are innocent they should find no answers.
Your say
