There is no set timeline for babies born or no fix time. normaly babies born in 9 month and 7 days. if any babies born earlier than 23 weeks have a much smaller chance.  During a normal baby will grow and develop at about the same rate as any other baby. if we want care the babies, we will check weight, heart rate.cloth diapers so we put on weight may be as important as the total tally weight. we should check the least weight during the first trimesterand steadily increase. The most think is that everything is quite normal and that there is no need to worry. but about height is too small rather than too large in this case the baby not growing properly.

Well, baby growth is very important at the initial stage because later on that will be seen as a sign of how healthy the baby is. But Mark, why have you put Cloth Diapers in between your sentence that I didn't understand. I want to say one thing that if baby is not growing properly then visit a child specialist at once.
