There's a first time for everything and inventor and mum of two Solvej Biddle got everything she asked for when she appeared on Dragon's Den last night (Monday 6th September) - without Peter Jones asking a single question.
Solvej pitched her ideas for her new TrayKit to BBC's Dragon's Den, looking for £80,000 to help launch the TrayKit worldwide. After a gruelling hour in the Den, answering questions from Deborah Meaden, Theo Paphitis, Duncan Bannatyne and James Cahn, Peter Jones made Solvej a surprise offer for the full amount, no questions asked! Four full offers followed but the final deal that Solvej negotiated was a joint offer between Peter and Deborah.
TrayKit is a unique all-in-one kids' carry-on backpack and play-tray. It straps quickly and easily to a car, train or plane tray-table, or attaches to the seat in front in a car, or sits on a lap to provide an extendable play surface with raised sides. No more toys on the floor!
TrayKit costs £24.99 and you - see more at traykit.co.uk
