Jump Up for summer 2008!
Jump Up for summer 2008!

Jump Up, the UK's largest FREE outdoor event for pre-schoolers, promises three days of fabulous outdoor fun at the National Bowl in Milton Keynes from Friday July 25 to Sunday July 27.

Six well-organised timed sessions will cater for 3,500 people each, making this year’s Nick Jr Jump Up the biggest EVER.

Nick Jr, the digital TV channel for children, will welcome 21,000 little ones (and parents) to the event, now in its fourth year.

And it looks set to be not just BIGGER but even BETTER than ever!

Entertainment will include a spectacular musical stage show featuring Nick Jr stars including Dora the Explorer, the LazyTown crew, Fifi and the Flowertots, Diego, The Backyardigans and Peppa Pig.

That’s not all: the Jump Up’s happy, informal atmosphere actively encourages imagination, fun, activity and creative play.

With themed interactive zones, hands-on entertainment, nappy changing facilities, healthy food options, friendly staff and complementary goodie bags, it’s an event loved by toddlers and raved about by their parents.

One mum said: “My children [aged] 2 and 6 both had a fantastic time and haven’t stopped dancing and talking about it yet!”

Another mum-of-two called it “an unforgettable afternoon out with many happy memories.”

Howard Litton, Managing Director of Nickelodeon UK, said: “This fantastic event is the ultimate expression of Nick Jr’s ‘join in’ values, where preschool children and their parents can come along and enjoy the singing, dancing and activities with their favourite Nick Jr characters.”

Tickets for the event are like gold dust - last year 15,000 tickets were snapped up within half an hour (that’s 500 tickets a minute).

Tickets will be available free from nickjr.co.uk on Friday 27th June at 10am.
