Pink, 31, first announced her pregnancy back in November on the US TV show ‘Ellen’. Now, 7 months later, she joins the run of celebrity mums-to-be to announce her birth on the fastest showbiz news source, ‘Twitter.’

Posting on Friday 3rd June, Pink, real name Alecia Moore, tweeted: “We are ecstatic to welcome our new beautiful healthy happy baby girl, Willow Sage Hart. She’s gorgeous, just like her daddy. #beyondblessed.”

This will be Pink and husband Carey Hart’s first child together. Married for 5 years Hart, a professional motorcross racer, met the colourful singer during the 2001 X Games in the United States.

The happy father posted the message “My wife @Pink owns my heart. And she just gave me my best achievement of my life #WillowSageHart.”

Willow will soon be going home to the £7.1million home the couple bought together while preparing for her arrival.
