Q. How did you cope as an athlete when you were expecting Raph and Isla

A. From the minute I found out I was pregnant with both my children, my priorities changed. It's all about making sure you're training at a safe level and protecting the baby. It was quite humbling to succumb to the natural changes my body went through during pregnancy - as an athlete, I'm used to being in complete control of my body and not the other way around! But it was nice to have a change of pace.
