We thankfully have lots of ways to remember Darcey, we had 4D scan done when I was 27 weeks so we have the pics and DVD off that as well as her other 2D scan pics. Obviously we have the pics and videos we took off her when she was born. My birthday was eleven days after she became an angel- I was given lockets to put pics of us in and also a memory box that was personalized, it has one of the poems from her funeral enscripted on the inside and her name painted on the front with butterflies and bumblebees. Eventually we will put scan pics, newspaper announcements, hair clippings ect in the box. We also have half a winnie the pooh heart on each and Darcey has the other halves in with her in the crip she is burried in, oh and spiritual stones. We all have a stone that is supposed to help you connect to angels and one that keeps you safe but which also promotes healthy pregnancy( we didn't no this until after we had bought them and the guy who served us had no clue about what had happened)-spooky huh?! We keep them with us all the time and I sleep with them under my pillow. Then there's the tattoo's, I've got her footprint and her name and russel has her footprint!

A week after she passed away we got some pink baloons and let them go
at the beach for her, it didn't reAlly work coz it was too windy LOL but I'm
sure she got them and it gave her a laugh!!! I think at Christmas time we
will probably get a special bauble made for her. My mum puts a lamb
bauble on her tree every year for my brother who died when I was 4. A
lamb because he always wanted a pet lamb! LOL. Russels dad and his partner also had a star named after Darcey for us, xx

A bear made at the 'Bear Factory' for us. And when we put the heart in and made a wish, we popped a lock of hair in with it

We have a bauble that we hang on the tree each Christmas. On Joseph's birthday in December we go to the cemetery and take two balloons, we tie one to his headstone and the other we kiss and let go so that it reaches him in Heaven. On the day that Joseph died, we go to the chapel at GOSH where his name is inscribed in the book of rememberance.
But obviously like you all know not a day goes by when we don't think about our beautiful boy.
We also have a miniature treasure chest which was custom built and that holds all of his keepsakes, like lock of hair, hand and footprints, cards etc and every now and again I look through them.
xx

On Monday it will be my Ashleigh's birthday and the first one that i have my 9 month old Caitlin with us! I was planning on letting Caitlin let a balloon go at Ashleigh's grave, only problem is i don't think she will let go so Ashleigh could be having a laugh at us from hevean!
I also have a memory box and i have photos around the house of her, i often talk to them while i am doing the house work!
I want to get a tatto of her name around my ankle and then Caitlin's name tatooed above it, or maybe below as she is the little sister, i am frightened it will hurt too much, i am a bit of a wuss lol!

I have a memory box for Eve and will be bringing her ashes home next week after the ceremony. I also have the 20week scans of Connor ( my 6yr old ) and the girls - all the same position and want to get them copied and framed so I have a photo of all my 3 children at the same 'age'.

Had to go to the hospital on Friday to sign release papers and medical/clinical terms on the forms were really upsetting. Just wanted to storm into the mortury and whisk my baby away....bring her home where she should be ...
