Does anyone know what is happening with Blooming Marvellous?
I returned some items in December for a refund and have just received an email to say that I will not be receiving a refund, even though they are now up and running again. Any outstanding orders up until 29th january will not be honoured either! What a rip off!

Can anyone tell me what else I can do about getting my money back??

if they are up and running again then i would persue them about your refund, what reason did they give you? How can they possibly refuse you a refund while they are still trading? I take it you didn't recieve your goods back either? It's doesn't make sense to me, if they had ceased trading then I would understand

just seen this on their website, definitely chase them for your refund hun, before they go completely under!

they didnt give a reason at all!
I tried emailing the address on the website which they gave but it bounced back. Also you cant get through on the phones!

Think i will have to just keep trying!

They've gone into administration according to their website. They are saying refunds for items purchased up until 28th January, but they don't know how long it will take to process and have to go through to the administrators. Everything is on pretty much on sale on the website.
Sounds awful but I would imagine that they owe an awful lot of money to lots of other people - so refunds will be last on their list.

I can confirm that they went into administration on the 28th January, and were bought out yesterday.

I worked for them, and we did not get paid for January and I then was made redundant at the end of Jan.as the company went into administration. I have to claim my wages, redundancy etc from the government, so I'm not sure how people are going to get refund money for returns before 28th Jan.

i think if u tell watchdog they will help you has this happend before with a babycompany,hope this helps
