I used to go to diet groups and it was definitely the best way to lose weight. I can't really justify the cost on my maternity pay so I'm goimg it alone. I should be OK in theory as I've been to every class going. Keep us posted and if you want a cyber diet chum let me know and we can keep each other company. S x
