Subject : Bump support?

Hi
I really feeling that I need to support the bump when I'm at work for the next 7 weeks - its become very exhausting and having to fill up the shelves isnt doing the bump much good (which weighs heavy these days anyway)

I was just wondering if any of you were/did use a bump support thing and if so which did you find best?
Thanks Happy
xxxx
