losing hair

My hair falling out is in full flow right now. I've been told it's totally normal to lose quite a lot of hair, and it's just started in the past couple of weeks. Having said that i have extremely thick hair, and it's falling out so much i have a bald patch - when i wash it i can pull it out in handfuls, so i'm going to the docs about this, to see if i can take some supplements to help, as i'm breastfeeding. x

Yep totally normal and my hairdresser has been keeping an eye on mine as I ahve a tendancy to lose more when stressed anyway so I assumed I was bound to lose loads. But actually my hair is in such good condition right now. Better than before I was pg, and it was good when pg but I put that down to the hormones etc. I've also stopped using conditioner (only once a wk now)and that has totally made a difference too. S x

I ve just spent the last 5 mins and finger combing my hair ... huge pile of hair on my desk now and it keeps coming. I don't really care whether it falls out, as it is normal after preggors and all, but it is HELL annoying to find it everywhere! On the chiars, sofas, bed, shower, Hugo, in the butcrack even! baaaaaaaaah!
