Subject : Not long till all the 1st birthdays....
Hi girls
I just mentioned in another post that i was going to start a thread about this lol. It suddenly occured to me last night that once weare all done with xmas it wont be long before all our little babies turn 1! What do you all plan to do for their 1st birthday? I know they are still really young and wont even know its their bithday or even what a bithday is for that matter! But im hoping to book out the village hall thats on my road (we live in a VERY quite little village at the moment!) and have family and few friends and a little cake for jay. Im so excited lol!

haven't decided exactly tho i imagine it will be a tea party, cake, snacks etc and an open house from x til x type thing as seems to be traditional in the family. chloe's is on a wednesday so most will be at work etc but family can come over afterwards and maybe do something at the weekend too! I'm thinking of things already. knowing my mu she will want to make the cake and she does them so well i won't refuse!!!
any an excuse for a seriously cute outfit too - for us both -damn!!!

Yeh jays birthday is on a friday so we are going to have his party the next day, not sure what to do on his actual birthday, maybe take him to kids world or something like that. It is soooooo exciting, i have been looking at things for his party already, maybe hire a ball pool??? bouncy castle bit to old for a 1 year old right? lol

ooooooh, I'm excited (also a little sad, its gone so quick!). We are planning on a Teddy Bears Picnic. We used to have them at school, where everyone brings a teddy and we eat sandwiches and cake!! Bella has managed to make a few baby friends and we have just had 2 new babies in the family, so lots of lo's!

That sounds lovely Charlie. We'll probably just have other babies and Mums over for nibbles and cake. Might do a joint do with some of the other Mums I've made friends with x
