its difficult to say as cramping in early pregnancy is commen due to the uterus stretching, howver strong pains arent normal and should e checked out.

Hi

Sounds like SPD. Symphis Pubis Dysfunction. I have had this on and off through out pregnancy. It's caused by the body releasing too many relaxing hormones, relaxing the pelvis for pregnancy.

It's horrible I know. Try some paracetomol if it gets too much.
