Subject : Early morning wake up!!!

Summer this week has decided to wake up at around 5/5.30 every morning. She's still tired and eventually she'll fall back to sleep in our bed.

This week I've been putting her to bed anywhere between 7.10 - 7.30.

Last week she slept right through. I think it's because she was home last week and she was having enough naps through the day.

Yesterday at nursery she just had a 30 min nap!!! She goest to nursery full time.

She wakes up screaming and will not stop until i go in and get her.

Help i just don't know how to stop her waking up early

I've had this problem with my son, if he has enough naps he'll sleep well at night and if he gets overtired and skips his naps then it affects his sleep at night.
Does she usually go to bed earlier than 7.10 - 7.30? Maybe you could try putting her to bed earlier and seeing if she'll sleep through, at least if she then wakes up at 5.30 she should have had a bit more sleep and not still be too tired?

God i thought Joshua waking this morning at 630am was bad!

No real suggestions unfortuantely as Joshua goes to nursery and very rarely naps, and if he's at home he'll sleep for 45 mins in the morn and 45 mins in the afternoon and he'll still usually sleep from 7pm-630/7am. I think babies are just like us sometimes we need more sleep than othertimes, saying that I always seem to need sleep...zzzzzzzz
