Go on:

www.booksfromus.co.uk

and browse the catalogue - check out:
first picture cookbook - for 2 and over - lovely picture based book to work from for littlies
OR
Beginners cookbook - more complex (says for 9+) but with an adult's help might be appropriate (you can look at some inside pages to get an idea)
OR
children's book of baking - if it is sweet things your after this might be the thing
OR
Check out 'cookery cards' these might be easier to use than a book as you can just have one out at a time.

ANY GOOD?

Hiya,
Kids in the kitchen by Hamlyn(recommended by practical parenting) is a great one with lots of different bits easy and hard. It also has cooking ideas for the seasons too i.e xmas gingersnaps or halloween ham ghosts
Happy baking xxxxx
