Subject : Exercise after a C-section

Hi

Just wondering when can you start to exercise after a C-section? Brooke is 7 weeks old nearly 8, is it ok to exercise on a cross trainer, and do sit ups?

Any advice would be welcome.

Thanks

Sit ups?? Ha ha. Can't remember how long it was till I could do a sit-up but I didn't even try for the first 3 months and then when I did try, I couldn't lift myself an inch off the ground (due to them cutting through your stomach muscles!).
