Subject : New job and other stuff...

Well HMRC have finally sorted out hours for me ... it's only taken since APril! Anyway they have offered me 20 hours per week working Tues-Fri 9.30-2.30 which is fab as I can drop the girls at school and collect them and MIL is going to look after Oakley. It is actually an 8 week rota and weeks 1,3,4,5,&7 I work Tues-Fr and weeks 2,6 & 8 I am off Tues and work Wed-Sat. I start on Mon 3rd Nov and Have to do 3 weeks full time training which I am not looking forward to but hopefully it wont be too bad. A bit excited but a bit nervous too. The best part is is that it is in Bathgate where I live andunder 1.5 miles from my house so less than 5 mins drive.

Remember my 'incident'? Well I have to go to the court this Thursady 23rd Oct for a 1 hour interview!!! to see of they can use my evidence....hoping that as I didnt actually see him doing anything to her and really only got her out of there that I can only be used to identify him as the guy driving the car...need to wait and see.

Going to Mats friends 25th Wedding Anniversary Bash on Saturday and MIL is going to stay over at our house so that we can spend the night in the hotel...its the first time in ages that I've actually looked forward to something! TMI but went today and bought myself a wee sexy nightie for the occassion! Probably end up getting so drunk as no kids to go home to and not get it on - or off as the case may be!!).

Kids are on holiday from school this week and the weather so far is dismal...took Lara to her swimming lesson tonight and I got more wet than her just going from the car to the pool!

Didnt go to my drs apt on Fri as I couldnt face it...going to make one with a different dr and see how I get on.

Mat called the family planning HQ direct as been getting fobbed off since I had Kayla about getting the snip...He called them last week and they said the waiting list is 4 months...so how has he been waiting 5 years!!!??? and since then I have had mc and another baby!!!??? Needless to say he got a letter this morning and we have an appt to discuss it in 2 weeks - he has also been put on the cancellation list so if anyone cancels he'll get a call......I go on 28th October to have the implant removed from my arms as had it put in in July and have bled everyday since then.....made the appt to have it removed and have had no bleeding since! Bloddy typical....still getting it removed as read all the info that comes with it and said that one of the side affects can be depression!

Tricia I really hope that having the implant removed helps with the depression. I know of a few people who suffered from PND while on the mini pill but I have to admit I know very little about the implant.

I think you are just right to go & see another dr. It'll be worth it if it makes you feel a bit more reassured.

Great news about your job too. Hopefully the training (how handy is that!!!) will pass quite quickly & then you can get settled into your normal hours.

You'll be glad to get the interview at the courts out of the way so you can move on from that too coz it must have been soo scary for you too.

Have a nice time this weekend!!! Had to have a giggle though about your nice we sexy nightie!!! I hope whatever is the case that you can get it on or off when needed!!!! lol

Hilary x

Oh & great news about the family planning. Hopefully Mat wont have too much longer to wait now!!!!
