Subject : Tips for ttc - please read this ! lol!

]hi girlies

I just read this online and thought it might be of use - i found some of it very interesting,

It is by a lady called Beth Kiley (i think) and she has a blog which is at the bottom on a link.

It was a link that came up from some site i was on and she send you one tip a day for 7 days all free.

so here is the first one about lubricant i already knew about preseed but the alternative is interesting to say the least! Could help us beat that credit crunk though! lol!

OK, if you don't mind, I'd like to jump right in :) Since you're here, I imagine that means you're feeling frustrated at not being pregnant. I knowexactly how you feel, as I was in the same positionsome years back. I am willing to bet that many couples who are finding it difficult to get pregnant, are making some of the exact same mistakes that I was making. As promised,

I will fill you in on 7 of these over the next week. Here's the first one...Did you know that something as simple as using the wrong lubrication when you have sex can spoil your chances of getting pregnant? I hadno idea! In fact, I thought a little lubrication wouldactually help, to you know, move things along ;) Well, it turns out, most store-bought lubricants willdamage the sperm and so they are strictly forbidden! Thesame goes for vaseline or KY jelly. If you are using thistype of lubrication, you could be reducing your chances ofconceiving in half!!! Luckily, there are a couple of things you can use as a substitute. One, is a product called Pre-Seed, which isspecifically designed not to be harmful to sperm. If youcan't find it, it can be purchased here: http://store.yahoo.com/cgi-bin/clink?early-pregnancy-tests+3RTfef+pre-seed.html The other alternative is eggwhites. Yup, as in real eggs! You just leave one out for a while (they're much too cold, straight from the fridge), and then you crack it open and use the eggwhite (not the yolk) in place of lubrication. Believe it or not, eggwhites are extremely sperm friendly!! Hope you find that information useful.

Stay tuned for part2 of my mini-course, coming your way tomorrow. And if this 7 day course is just not enough for you--if you're interested in getting access to ALL the powerhouse ideas and techniques, underground methods and treatments I uncovered through my months of research, feel free to check out "Personal Path to Pregnancy", at http://www.PersonalPathtoPregnancy.com Warm regards, and baby dust to you, Beth For breaking news and more tips, see my blog athttp://get-pregnant.blogspot.com[/size]
