do i just write this out on paper or??? and in my book it says things like write unexpected sistuations what can i say if its unxpected?? also what other questions do i need to write ?xxx

Are you talking about your birth plan?? i have a list of questions in my maternity notes which i can answer which write a simple plan i.e who do you want at the birth? Do you want pethadine? etc, my midwife said if i have anything else which isnt covered in these questions to put it with my maternity notes and take to the hospital with me x

think some of the unexpected things are such as if you need forceps etc do you want to be cut or tear naturally. deliver placenta naturally or with the injection.
