Hey girls...

I was just upstairs putting the washing away and I realised I was very wet.... How can you tell if your waters have gone or if you've wee'd yourself???

TMI but I have been wearing pads for the last few weeks due to urine leakage - I looked on the NHS website and it said to look at the colour of the liquid and also to smell it... Very difficult as the pad had been in place all day so obviously had discharge on it already...

I'm not too worried as my sister told me that with waters, you don't realise its happening, but I was aware of something coming out... Maybe one of the babies pressed on my bladder!!!

What do you all think??? My waters didn't break with my first, so I haven't a clue what to expect!!!

Ooo, I don't know - but as you are expecting twins I would have thought you should at least ring the labour ward and ask what they think - just in case....

i had this a while ago and it turned out that it was cm just really runny (sorry tmi).when i asked mw about it she said it was probably lo hitting bladder and a little wee being squeezed out. i would ring just to put your mind at rest.

i had exactly the same thing happen today i wasnt sure if it was my waters leaking or if i had wet myself!!! it happened twice so i presumed it was the baby playing footsie with my bladder!!! i havent had anything since!

Thanks for your replied girls - I have had nothing since and i'm sure it was wee!!! Nice... I feel like I should go and buy some Tenna Lady today!!! ha ha ha....

My waters broke before I had any contractions last time. I was lying in bed and felt a pop I managed to run to the toilet with my legs shut before most of the waters broke. It was a gush rather than a trickle but it depends if it's your fore or hind waters on how much there is. I'm just glad they didn't break a few hours earlier when I was swimming!
