Subject : Homebirths in Fife

Hi all, I'm on my 2ww to find out if I'm pregnant this month - very quietly confident! Anyway, I'd like to have a home birth and just wondered if there's anyone from Fife here who has had one? Looking to find out how supportive the Fife NHS service is on the subject?

Hi there!
I'm not in Fife, but I was looking up independent midwives in Scotland.
I found this anyway, and it has at least one lady working in and around Fife.

Hope it's of soem use to you. From what I can gather, NHS in Scotland isn't all that keen on homebirths as they keep claiming they are understaffed.
Don't be put off though!
