Anyone else suffering? Woke up this morning and its really sore. Im also getting headaches too, driving me mad!

Hiya try a towel wrapped hot water bottle and put it where it hurts (make sure its not boiling!!!) and for the head ache i would take a paracetemol, just one. DONT take ibuprofen or aspirin only paracetemol.

If the back ache doesnt stop then see your G.P and he/she can refer you to a phsyio which happened to me but remeber your body is changing and will take some strain.

Hi I got lower back pains for a couple weeks when I first found out and I found it was worse when I had been sitting down for a while. Warm baths help and laying with a pillow under your back helped for me too.
