was wondering how accurate our scans are as i was told it was a girl but she couldnt be absolutley sure and now im paranoid that they got it wrong and ive spent a small fortune on pink.does any1 else feel like this?

ah hun I hope they're not wrong that would be really annoying. Afraid I can't really help on this one cause they wouldn't tell me at my local hospital and I refused to pay to find out! But if you have paid I would put some pressure on to find out for sure as that's exactly what you paid for and they should be able to tell clearly at this stage shouldn't they?

lol I was feeling the exact same way. I was told I was having a boy at my 20 week scan and I had a scan last week which did in fact confirm we were having a boy... we saw his bits

They are pretty accurate so I wouldn't worry about it.

I was speaking to a lady last week who had been told she was having a girl at both 20 weeks scan and a scan 7 days before baby was born.... they had spent small fortune on pink things, removed labels and washed everything... hubby even handcarved a cot adding baby girls initials and lo and behold..... it was a boy.

i am sure it doesnt happen that often and d6nt want to put a dampner on anyones excitement, but you did ask.

when i had my scan , she said when she started scanning she thought to herself 'oh theyre having a girl' but when she went back after she'd finished her professional stuff, baba had crossed her legs so she couldnt confirm it, but she said she was guessing a girl. we went on it and have a wardrobe bursting with girls clothes.

so if she isnt now im screwed and my little boy is wearing pink dresses haha

get a scan on saturday so ill find out then with any luck
