I read a paper that said the most important window for bding was the few days before ovulation, the day of ovulation and the day after.

I have also read though that bding all through the month every other day ish gives you the best chance because so many people underestimate the window of opportunity they have to get pregnant.

Good luck, hun! xx

Oh, poor you! Maybe your cycle will be a bit longer pre-ov this month because of the elongated AF?

Got my fingers crossed for you!
