Subject : How many more pelvic floors??????
Do us mum's have to a lifetime of pelvic floors??? I'm terrible, even if i don't drink much, i'm always needing a wee when there's no loo's around, went shopping the other day, and we were mega late for the train, and good ol bladder decides now is the time for you to need a wee!! I was sooooo worried there was no loo on the train, cos i'd have never have made it home!!!! anyone else like me??? Has any one tried thoses pelvic toners?
