Hello all Happy

How is everyone today?

Well I am knackered LOL! I have spent most of my day going to and from my girls school, so much for the quiet life when they start eh?!
How are your children settling back into the new start of the year?
Jessica screamed today when I left her and I was told she spent most of the day in the toilets in the bathroom LOL! were still training and she's still 'fiinding her way around' the nursery.
Lucy has been doing ok had an incident yesterday but seems alot better.

Anyway hope everyone's ok, take care xx

Hi Joanne and brood!

I havent got 4 children but have got 3 children and a boyfriend (so have almost got 4!) so does that count?!
I cant believe how quick the summer hols went but cant decide if thats a good thing or not!
I do like term time because I have some time with Freddie but then I love the non rushing around of the hols!
Well my little lot are Freddie 16 mnths, Mya 8 and Molly 11. Moll has just started high school which is very weird and having to let go bigtime!
thats my little gang, how about yours, what ages are your brood?

Hi all, Hi Joanne hun Happy

Well, at long last we have just found out my girls have got their places at the local school and start Monday!!! I'm so excited, I can't wait!!!! Vicki & Katie, on the other hand, are less than amused lol

Luke can't wait to start nursery but he's just in the process of being referred for speech therapy so getting the ball rolling there 1st! Preggy-brain doesn't like me getting too organised lol lol lol

Alex has been coming on in leaps and bounds recently - he's 18months now and definitely starting to assert his own mind at times.....especially with the older 3!!! Cruising furniture like a pro now, standing quite well un-aided and starting to toddle while holding hands with us so don't think he'll be long b4 he's walking proper......probably the day I have the baby lol

And talking of baby, well he's doing great! I'm not, so much, as dh is laid up with a recurrent back & neck injury and waiting for another session of physio and prob another MRI scan to see if damage that was there has worsened or not. Tis lovely having him around and he does help out as much as he can but there's a lot he can't do - so, even thou I'm trying to be careful with my growing bump (10 wks to go now Happy ) there are things that still have to be done etc.

Hope Jessica has a better day today Jo hun!!

Take care all
Mandi xx

hi everyone, well I am knackered too, I have a cold and no time to be ill!! Jacob is 12 so he has a real teenage attitude at the moment, Meg is nearly 9 and is learning about attitude from her brother. Alice is nearly 4 going on 16 she is soooo matter of fact about everything, really head strong and bossy, she stands with her hands on her hips bossing the older 2 around and Isaac is 17 months and is currently being seen by a paediatrician and awaiting physiotherapy, he is not walking and when he cruises he is up on tiptoes so they were concerned that he may have mild cerebal palsy or muscular dystrophy although they have now ruled these out and told us he has extremely hypermobile joints and low muscle tone, hopefully the physio will build his muscles up and he has to wear boots to support his ankles to try and help him stand up alone and eventually walk. Never a dull (or quiet) moment LOL!

hayley I, my 3rd son joshua had hypermobile joints and he wears surgical boots and has inserts , his ankle joints fall over each other and he is extremely clumbsy. he is now 5 and was diagnosed 2 years ago, he may have to have surgery at some point. he too has physio, and has a lot of pain from the hyper mobile joints. xx
